Session Fees

• Initial Intake: $275

• 55-minute session: $240

• 45-minute session: $220

Insurance Plans and Networks

• Aetna (in-network)

• Some group plans through the First Choice Health network

I am out-of-network for all other plans. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement.

Please contact your insurance provider to confirm your specific plan benefits. Helpful questions to ask include:

• Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? If so, what is the coverage amount?

• What is my deductible, and how much of it has been met this year?

• What is the co-pay or co-insurance amount per session?

• Are there any limits on the number of sessions?

• What is the process for submitting invoices for reimbursement?

​Payment Information

I accept credit cards, debit cards, FSA, and HSA cards. Payments are due at the time of your session.

Cancellation Policy

​

With the exception of emergencies and extenuating circumstances, the full session fee is charged for missed appointments or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Please be aware that insurance companies do not reimburse for missed or canceled sessions.
